Boomstick: Fear. Caused by many things, But most by these two. Batman Beyond, DC's Future Trunks... I mean Batman. Wiz: And Black Panther, The king of Wakanda.
Boomstick: He's wiz and I'm boomstick, Wiz: And It's our Job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a DEATH BATTLE
BATMAN BEYOND[]
Wiz: In the future city of Neo Gotham, there is NO BATMAN. Until a teen who manged to join a street gang. This teen was Terry Mcginns.
Wiz:When terry was 17 he took on the jokerz, a street gang and won. when terry got home that night, his dad was dead.
Boomstick: Wow, that sucks.
Wiz: It does, anyway, terry then broke in to a creepy old mansion, and found a secret passage way to the batcave.
Boomstick: Yep, turns out this house was wayne manor, you know batman's house?
Boomstick: Well anyway, Terry stole a bat suit. But not just any suit, he stole the beyond suit.
Wiz: And Here we go.
Wiz: This batsuit use nanotechnology, which increases strength. Batman beyond can also fly, with rocket boosters and a sweet pair of wings.
Boomstick: The batsuit is fitted with many gadgets, such as a water breather, a grappling hook that can extend over 50 feet long, climbing claws, lock decoders, thermal and binocular vision, extendable arm spikes, triple weighted bolas, a buzzsaw, and retractable tweezers.
Wiz: Terry has many types of baterangs, such as explosive, ensnaring, and electric.Terry may have an amazing throwing arm, but if he ever gets tired The suit has a baterang launcher, that can fire a baterang up to 97 feet.
Boomstick: Terry's suit also has an electric field that an be activated if an opponent gets to close.
Wiz: Terry may just be a 31 year old man, but he has most of the training bruce wayne had at this age.
Boomstick: Wow, this guy is good. And he is relatively smart, compared to the other members of the bat family.Stiil, nothing compared to The likes of Batman or Nightwing, but He is still smart.
Wiz: Terry is not only smart, he is also fast, being able to out race supersonic missiles, which have been estimated to move at speeds similar to 15,000 MPH.
Boomstick: Damn, that's fast. Let's move on to strength. Terry has lifted a boulder weighing 192 tons while under water. Can we all agree on something? Terry McGinns is a Badass.

BLACK PANTHER[]
Wiz: Have you ever heard of the mystical Land of wakanda?
Boomstick: No.
Wiz: Anyway, this land is ruled by kings known as Black Panthers. And the current king is a young man by the name T'challa. As a boy he was trained to take up the mantle of black panther, however he also trained his mind by going to college and getting many doctrines. Next he became an expert in hand to hand combat, mastering many diffrent martial arts.When he was of age, T'challa became king by trial of combat. And as a prize for winning the tornoment, he was given the heart shaped herb. This herb boosted T'challa's natural strength, speed and duribility greatly.
Boomstick: Now what is a king with out weapons? T'challa wears the deadly panther suit. This suit is made of vibranimum mesh. Ya know, the same stuff captian america's sheild is made of. This suit is eqquiped with ballistic protection, meaning it can tank hits from missiles with very little damage.The suit also has a cloaking device that makes black panther fade into his surrondings, as to make him look invisible,it also has retractable claws that can cut through steel and concrete with ease. It also can fire energy palm blasts that can destroy walls with ease. And finally, possibly the best weapon on the suit is the suit's ability to absorb kentic energy and return it on the target multiplyed. T'challa also weilds energy knives that can peirce steel and stone as if they were made of paper.
Wiz: T'challa is super human in intelect and physicality, as he has shown him self to be the 8th smartest person in the world. He has also out run bullets and moved faster then the eye can see, putting his top speed at around 9,475mph. Black panther has shown him self able to throw a spear through a concreate wall, a feat which would take around 20,856psi or 10.4 tons. And last but not least, Black panther took hits from the hulk, who can destroy buildings in a single strike. A feat like this would mean black panthers's suit can with stand up to 44.567 tons. Boomstick: For all his badassery, Black panther has many weaknesses, like his suit's limited amount of kenetic energy it can take before breaking, while being super human he can sometimes get arrogant and cocky. Black panthers suit has also shown a weakness to energy attacks. But over all, black panther is one king you don't want to mess with.

Wiz: All right the combatants are set let's end this debate once and for all.
Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!
FIGHT[]
Neo gotham 1:30am
From on top of a stone gargolye, Terry McGinns saw T'challa threatening a thug in an alley way. Terry Intervened.Terry landed behind black panther.
Terry:"In my city we don't threaten."
T'challa:" This man is a threat to to kingdom. This matter does not concern you. Stay out of this or you might get hurt."
Terry:"That's it!" My house, My rules!"
Terry tied up the thug with a pair of bolas and got into a fighting stance. T'challa sighed and assumed a fighting stance as well.
Terry threw a kick at the back of black panther's head.Black panther sensed him and ducked under the kick, slamming his fist into terry's stomach. Beyond recovered and swung his arm blades at T'challa.Panther perryed with his claws, sparks flying from their blades. Terry kicked panther in the shin, then punching him in the jaw, knocking him to the ground. Black panther pushed himself up, getting himself up right,now cracking his neck and knuckles before resuming his fighting stance.
Terry:"I am surprised that you can still stand after that.Most would stay down."
T'challa:"I am not most."
Terry and T'challa rushed at each other to resume their bought. Terry cocked his fist back as T'challa lept into the air, extending his leg in a kicking motion. Terry's fist met with Panther's met with panthers foot with a loud smack.Bothcombatants were thrown backwards into the alley walls, both flying through the brick walls. Terry pushed himself up and shook his head, clearing his vision. Terry noticed that he was in a night club, with loud music and flashing lights. Beyond began to plan. T'challa pulled him self out of the bed of rubble he been laying in. Panther Noticed that his assalent was in a night club. And he began to plan too. After a few minutes of intense planning, Batman beyond began to throw batarangs into Black panther's building. Panther dodged the projectiles with ease, laughing at beyonds poor aim.
T'challa: "Is your aim really that poor?"
Terry: "I wasn't aiming for you."
Then it dawned on him. Terry had not been aiming for him. He had been aiming for the load bearing walls of the building. The Batarangs exploded, taking the walls with them forcing the building to collapse on black panther. panther thought of a quick strategy, allowing the building to fall on him.Beyond stepped out of the night club and began to walk away from the rubble, feeling rather sad things had to happen the way they did. The voice of bruce wayne suddenly fizzled to life in terry's ear peice.
Bruce:"He's still alive. he is getting ready to attack again."
Terry: "There is no way he survived that explosion."
Bruce:"His suit can capture and store kenetic enenrgy, before super charging it and fireing it back at the attacker."
Terry: "I better not let him touch me then." Bruce: "Here he comes!"
Terry threw down a flash bag grenade, blinding panther for a second. Beyond then spread his wings and took to the sky, now running his electric current over his suit. Panther rubbed his eyes, his vison clearing. He looked up and saw Beyond above him. Panther drew his energy daggers and began to throw them at terry, who began to throw batarangs hitting the knives out the air. Black panther threw anouther knife, this time charging his dagger with all of the kenetic energy he had gatherd into his throw. The dagger hit batman beyond in the chest. The dagger exploded. Terry hit the ground hard, his ribs and arm broken, his wings torn to shreds.
Black panther walked over to terry slowly.
T'challa:"You fought well."
Terry:"I won't lose. This city needs me."
Terry lifted himself up. And activated his boosters, flying at black panther with a new vigor. Panther cracked his knuckles once more, ready to finish the fight. Beyond kicked panther in the face, with his electricity activated, panther hit the ground hard. Panther got up and threw a punch at terry, who dodged and kicked panther again and again, then fireing and explosive batarang into panther's shoulder. The batarang exploded sending panther flying.
Panther knew his suit had taken a lot of damage. He knew one or two more of those kicks would be the end of his suit or even himself. So Black panther decided to end this in one hit. He extended his claws with shink!
Terry knew this had to end in one more hit. His body was failing, so terry drew explosive and shocking batarangs and plced them in the launcher, pointing his hand at Black Panther.
Both Fighters rushed at each other.
Terry launched the batarangs and threw a kick at black panther.
Black Panther swung his claws in a wide arc.
Both fighters landed opposite of one anouther.

Bruce:"Terry?Terry are you there?"
No anwser
.
Bruce: "Terry,respond."
An animalistic scream was heard from the other side of terry's com link.
T'challa collapsed, out cold. Terry could barely stand.
Terry:"I' don't blow a blood vessle bruce. I'm fine, But I don't know about the other guy."
K.O.[]
- Black panthers is seen in the back of an ambulance.
- Batman Beyond is seen back in the batcave in a hospiltal bed.
POST ANALYSIS[]
Boomstick:So who won?
Wiz: Batman beyond did.
Boomstick: Are you sure? I mean he looks pretty beaten up...
Wiz: This was no easy win for terry, but he just edged black panther out in every last catagory except for experince and training and skill and an obvious intellegence edge. In the catagory of speed, terry took that catagory by at least 6,000mph (give or take.) Duribility was not a very close catagory by any means, while T'challa may have taken hits from the hulk, Whose caual striking strength is some where around 179 tons is impressive, Terry has traded blows with and even defeated super man, whose casual striking strength is just shy of 216 tons, so their duribilitys, just did not match up. When it came to strength, terry can lift/strike with 192.8 tons of force. Black panther did shatter skrull bones, which have an impressive duriblity of 91.7 tons, and lift a car over his head, but the car only weighed 3 tons, so anouther point for terry.
Boomstick: In versitlity, the two were equal as both had large arsenals on hand, and with the edges black panther did have he was able to give terry a run for his money, but with things just stacked up against him from the start, and terry's flight edge,panther was unable to scratch up a win for him self.
Wiz:The winner is Terry McGinns, Batman Beyond.
