Description
The two best sorcerers of their respective universe. DC vs Marvel. Who will win?
Interlude
Wiz: We all love magic, as much as we love seeing those who practice it. Even though we would rather see them in a hospital than fighting crime.
Boomstick: Like Doctor Strange, the Sorcerer Supreme.
Wiz: And Doctor Fate, America's most unusual adventure character.
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.
Wiz: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skill to find out who would win... A Death Battle.
Doctor Strange
Wiz: Born in...
Boomstick: Who cares? We're so lazy that we'll be referring the same analysis than in our previous Death Battle, go and check it out.
Wiz: Riiiight.
Boomstick: You know it's the right thing to do Wiz. You know it.
Doctor Fate
Wiz: Doctor Fate is a lineage of sorcerers named... well Doctor Fate.
Boomstick: That is why we'll be including the first Doctor Fate, Kent Nelson. We don't know when he was born, nor what his age is when we first saw him. Great.
Wiz: Anyway, the first time we see him, he is on an archeological expedition with his father, in Mesopotamia.
Boomstick: They found a buried pyramid, opened a tomb who let out toxic gas, and killed his father. If only they saw The Mummy...
Wiz: Anyway, the being inside the tomb, an immortal called Nabu, was brought back from his suspended animation, and it was revealed that Nabu was waiting this moment all along. Nabu trained Kent to become a servant of good, the Doctor Fate.
Boomstick: This dude has incredible powers through his helmet, he can travel through dimensions, create energy objects, teleport, tell the future and such!
Wiz: His greatest feats however rely in his telekinesis, who at full power can move a planet, and his force fields, who withstood Aquarius's attacks for a whole week. Considering Aquarius was nigh-omnipotent at the time, that is a great feat.
Boomstick: I mean, the guy wanted to destroy the universe. And you know what? HE SUCCEEDED!!! Except for the entire Justice Society, you know the guys who were doing the Justice League's job during WW2? Fate can even negate one of Superman's weaknesses, making him immune to magic.
Wiz: Does that serve a particular purpose in this Death Battle?
Boomstick: No, but it's cool to know how much more OP writers can make Superman.
Wiz: Fate isn't without his weaknesses though. Although being very powerful, the removal of his helmet will remove nearly all his powers, except for immortality, invulnerability(shown as he resisted to the explosion of a blowing house without a scar), and telekinesis who at that level, can only move a car.
Boomstick: He also has a limited amount of magical energy, which means he could run out during fight.
Fate: I disintegrated him -- sent his very atoms careening to the farthest corners of a far-flung cosmos -- and knew, in that instant, the full range of sorcerers might which lay at my disposal.
DEATH BATTLE!

Strange is meditating in his office, when the orb of Agamotto starts shining.
Strange: I never saw that kind of power! It merits investigating.
He travels through dimensions until he falls in front of a man with a helmet.
Fate: What business do you have here?
Strange: I'm afraid you're too powerful for me to let you live. Prepare to live your last instants.
Fate chuckled.
Fight!
Strange directly sent a series of magic bolts to Fate. Fate raised his hand, and all the bolts were deflected. Annoyed, Strange resorted to use his full power from the start. He took his wand of Wattomb and the Eye of Agamotto, and unleashed his power in a powerful beam. Fate replicated with an attack of the same kind, matching Strange.
Strange: Your power exceeds my expectations!
Fate: Please, I'm not even trying.
Fate proceeded to magnify his beam, soon obliging Strange to retreat in a force field. He opened his hand, and created a portal, where he escaped.
Strange: I need to find his weakness.
Fate: And where do you think you're going? No one threatens me without suffering the consequences.
Fate had used an inter-dimensional means of travel to follow Strange.
Strange: I can feel the source of his power... it's that strange helmet!! If I managed to get it off...
Strange concentrated on his telekinesis, focusing on the helmet. Fate wavered his finger in a disapproval way.
Fate: T,t,t. I won't allow you to do such thing.
The helmet held in place, and then Fate teleported in front of Strange. Too fast for the latter to react, he disassembled his body, transforming Strange into a soup of molecules.
K.O!
Results
Boomstick: Wow, that was one-sided!
Wiz: Indeed, what determined the power difference was ultimately Fate's ability to resist during a whole week to the attacks of a being who is able to destroy the whole universe with a single hand. Strange is nowhere near that level of power.
Boomstick: And why that goddamn helmet didn't budge? That was Strange's sole chance to beat the guy.
Wiz: As fragile his power is, Fate knows this weak spot too well, and the moment he felt Strange acting on it, he stopped the helmet from moving by using his own telekinesis, who is able to move a planet at full power. Easily stronger than what Strange would be able to move.
Boomstick: In the end, Strange suffered of a twist of Fate
Wiz: The winner is Doctor Fate.

Doctor Strange
Wiz: Born in 1930 Stephen Strange was destined to become the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth but endured a rough childhood that affected his attuidute Strange then went to University and became a Surgeon whilst being very arrogant
Boomstick: Yeah turns out Strange wasn't really a nice guy he was quite stingy and mean to his patients and fellow colleagues but was still treated well
Wiz: However in 1963 that all changed Strange was involved in a car accident that afflicted him with a Condition that made his hands shake and practically ended his career in Surgery the Doctor spent his money hopelessly trying to find a cure until he heard of a Magician known as the Ancient One who could help him
Boomstick: Gathering his last belongings Strange found himself in the mountains of Tibet and found the Ancient One who refused to heal him however learnt that Magic was real and that The Ancient one's pupil Baron Mordo was trying to kill him turns out this Baron was also the author of Strange's pain Strange tried to warn the Ancient One
Wiz: However Baron Mordo cast a spell on Strange which prevented him from warning the Ancient one however Strange decided he wanted to protect the world from Evil and the Ancient One trained him to become the New Sorceror Supreme after him
Boomstick: Strange was now a Master Sorceror and with the Ancient one's guidance began to protect the world from Magical threats
Wiz: Doctor Strange is a Powerful Sorceror and has many abilities that he can use including teleportation firing magical bolts that can stagger Strong beings like Galactus telekinesis Casting illusions
Boomstick: He can also use Hypnotism conjure objects from thin air become Intangiable and phase through solid objects and change an object into another object with his abilities
Wiz: Strange can Banish opponents into other dimensions if their magic is weaker than his during the banishment he also control the elements and has Universal Awareness able to sense occurrences in the Universe and threats to the Earth and read minds hd can also create portals to other dimensions
Boomstick: Strange can also cast defensive shields to protect him from Attack one of the defensive spells he can use is the Shield of Seraphim these spells have been useful in defending against other magic users
Wiz: He can also say the name of a powerful being to cast spells like The Seven Rings of Raggadorr which has been used to protect the USA with Seven layers of powerful shields and with the Flames of the Faltine can wield Fire that can cause Ghost Rider great pain
Boomstick: With the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak can summon red banners to restrain opponents, however, beings like the Hulk have been able to break them in the past with the Invisible Shields of Everlasting Enchantment he can use an auto-shield to block attacks
Wiz: He can use the Power of The Words wrap reality and control fire ice paralyse and even disintegrate opponents Strange can use Darkness of Divine Conduct Magic to raise the dead and steal the magical abilities of others in order to increase his abilities
Boomstick: Stephen can also use the Images of Ikkon spell to cast illusions that can frighten off an army of Skrulls and Galactus Strange also has many magical artifacts he can use to beat the crap out of his opponent
Wiz: With the Eye of Agamotto Strange can block and dispel Illusions protect Strange from telepathic Attacks as well as shielding him from magic absorbing magical Attacks and firing magical bolts
Boomstick: He has the Cloak of Levitation which enables Strange to fly at speeds of 25mph and can be summoned from across the Universe he can also travel through time with the Hands of the Dead with the Eye of Horus had can see things normally hidden to the human eye
Wiz: The Book of the Vishanti can be used to cast shields and contains every counter spell to the Dark Arts Strange has studied it in order to enhance his abilities
Boomstick: The Wand of Watoomb allows Strange to amplify and absorb magical attacks whilst the Orb of Agamotto allow Strange to observe the events of multiple planes of existence and entrap opponents
Wiz: Strange can also project his spiritual energy out of his body in his Astral Form which leaves him unaffected by physical boundaries and enables him to travel extremely quickly possess others he is also strong enough to destroy planets
Boomstick: Strange has had years of training from the Ancient One and decades of experience using magic he also is a master martieux artist having been trained in Kamar Taj which has used against the Mantis
Wiz: Stephen is also a master strategist and is a member of many teams such as the Illumanti
Boomstick: Strange has stood against the possessed Avengers beating the likes of Captain America Spider-Man Red Hulk and The Thing before restoring them to normal he has also defeated beings such Shuma-Gorath Dormammu and Baron Mordo has fought Death and fought in a 10,000 year War
Wiz: However while Strange is an incredibly strong Magician he can be beaten by being bound and prevented from speaking as needs to speak in order to use the majority of his spells and can be slow at casting spells he can also can only spend 24 hours in his astral form and he has human limitations and is still vulnerable to guns and knives
Boomstick: With his spells magical artifacts and experience Dr Strange has earned the title of Sorceror Supreme
Doctor Strange: We are inside the moment between moments. We may even be able to affect what happens when the quantum possibilities collapse into one reality. Our reality. Our future.
Doctor Fate
Wiz: Born around the beginning of the 20th century Kent Nelson travelled with his father Archaeologist Sven Nelson and their travels brought them to The Valley of Ur in Mesotomopia.
Boomstick: After exploring the valley The two found a Pyramid that contained the Ancient Sorceror Nabu who was frozen in time Kent then pulled a lever which caused poisonous Gas to be released killing Sven Kent began to grieve
Wiz: Nabu appeared before Kent and offered to comfort the young boy by training him to become a Powerful Magician to protect the World Kent was trained under Nabu and became extremely powerful in the ways of magic.
Boomstick: Kent would help protect the World over many years with Nabu's guidance and joined the Justice Society of America
Wiz: He would meet his wife Inza and have a kid but would give up the majority of his magic
Boomstick: Although at one point Kent would take back the powers and continue fighting his foes with his wife
Wiz: However after the death of his wife Kent also died but not before his mantle was passed down to another person Doctor Fate was a powerful magician with many abilities His connection to the Helmet grants him all of Nabu's magical knowledge and experience he can cast illusions and and teleport to anywhere in the Universe as well as teleport other heroes
Boomstick: Kent can hypnotise people become invisible and intangible and clone himself thousands of times in order to get an edge in battLe against his opponent
Wiz: Fate can also use telekinesis to the point of being able to move a planet filled with space pirates into the Sun ...
Boomstick: Try asking Luke Skywalker to do that!
Wiz: .. Fate also is master of telepathy and can track the minds of others from across the Universe he can penetrate the minds of other beings and sorcerers dispell illusions and resist attacks from God-like beings
Boomstick: He can use his abilities to warp reality and resist reality warping attacks Fate can also use his magic to create magical constructs of practically anything from weapons to cutlery this ability allows him to catch his opponent off guard and makes him unpredictable
Wiz: Fate can also fire ankh shaped energy blasts from an seemingly unlimited reserve as well as control the weather
Boomstick: With his abilities Fate can travel through time and change an object or a being's shape by changing it at a sub-atomic level allowing him to create a completely new object in this way Fate can also use fire and lightning in his attacks
Wiz: He can control an objects magnetism and absorb the magical Attacks of others in order to keep matching them and redirect the energy at them Fate can channel electricity and mankind's Spiritual energy to fuel his magic if he needs to keep using his abilities in a fight
Boomstick: Which makes him like Goku!
Wiz: Fate's body is composed of pure energy this allows him to adapt to any situation and to absorb matter then convert it into energy pass through magical barriers and become a Giant
Boomstick: Fate Can Astrally project his spiritual essence and fight his opponent this allows him to bypass all physical barriers and obstacles he can also heal others see into the future and cause people to age faster
Wiz: He can target an opponent's soul and change it he used this ability to pacify a Lord of Chaos and remove a Spell that was damaging Green Lantern's soul he can destroy physical barriers by just looking at them and banish opponents like he did with his enemy Mordru when he placed him in the Rock of Shazam which adds to his own power
Boomstick: Fate can also utter the true name of The Egyptian God Ra to momentarily boost his abilities in combat and give him an edge against his opponent
Wiz: Kent wears the Helmet of Fate which gives him access to Nabu's powers and Billions of years of experience Kent can cast spells using just his mind with the Helmet's power Kent also has the Amulet of Anubis which contains a pocket dimension and enables a spell called the claws of Anubis to be cast which makes Fate undetectable by any magical means
Boomstick: Fate carries the Cloak of Destiny which contains a Pocket Dimension and the Orb of Nabu which observe other's personalities and can see into the future
Wiz: Kent can Fly using his magic at really fast speeds allowing him to keep pace with The Original Flash Jay Garrick and create Shields That were able to resist the Attacks of Aquarius who was extremely powerful for an entire week making Fate seem extremely powerful
Boomstick: Kent has enhanced Physical ability enabling him to lift a helicopter and survive being hit by falling rubble Kent is a pretty handy fighter having had Boxing lessons From Batman who has mastered every fighting style known to man
Wiz: If Kent's ability isn't enough Nabu can appear in the physical realm and continue fighting using the Powers of Fate while this is taxing Nabu's Omniscience experience and magical skill can be devastating to an opponent and lead to Fate's victory
Boomstick: Fate has defeated the evil Mordru Multiple times and has matched and beaten the Spectre he was able to move a planet with his abilities been impaled and regenerated afterwards and damaged the Overpowered Pre-Crisis Superman with a small bit of magic
Wiz: However most of Fate's powers come from his helmet if it is removed during combat Kent can be caught off guard and defeated while Kent understands this and has taken precautions to prevent this it can still happen also Nabu is in control of most of Fate's actions which leaves Kent oblivious to what is going on the majority of the time
Boomstick: But with his magical ability and experience Fate is not to be messed with!

Pre-Death Battle
Wiz: Alright the combatants are set let's end this debate once and for all
Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!
Death Battle
On a plain In the middle of the day a blue and gold figure was flying across the landscape in front of him the figure known as Doctor Fate saw an old wooden building this building though it looked abandoned contained a source of magic that had caused the Sorcerer to go and investigate it however as He neared the house another figure walked towards him
This figure was Doctor Strange the two looked at each other and stopped and acknowledged each other's presence
Strange: Who are you and what are you doing here?
Fate: I am Doctor Fate Lord of Order and Master Magician I came here to look at the magical artifacts that are found here
Strange: I am Doctor Strange Earth's Sorcerer Supreme and I cannot let you have those objects your helmet Shields your identity in order to see if you are going to use the objects for good purposes you must remove your helmet
Fate: I won't do that I only wish to look at the objects nothing more
Strange: If you refuse to remove your helmet I will test your skill in a magical duel if you win I will let you look at the artifacts but still I will remove your helmet
Fate: We will see
Strange: Yes we see who is the more skilled in magic
Fight!
Fate fired a magical blast of energy towards Strange who puts up a shield and fires his own blast Fate catches the blast with his hand and tosses it towards the Sorcerer Strange managing to hold the blast in place as the two lock in a struggle of magical energy with his free hand Strange attempts to fire a magical bolt but Fate blocks the Attack
Fate lifts his hand and uses telkenisis Strange responds the two are evenly matched but Strange begins to fall back under the power of Fate's attack Being shoved against the wall of the building recovering quickly Strange throws some nearby rocks at Fate who outstretches his arm to destroy then but the rocks begin to change shape as a flurry of Gray matter wraps itself arm Fate's hands solidifying
Strange smirks at his opponent, however, Fate unleashes another blast of energy and dissolves the rock which suddenly disappears And Strange counters by blasting Fate with an illusion of a dinosaur that charges towards him roaring and thumping Fate dismisses the attack but Is hit by a gust of wind and knocked back with several bolts Strange then throws a boulder at him
Fate: Your skills are impressive but you have much to master
Strange: I have had years of training I can use it to outmatch you
Strange throws several rocks together in a clump moulding them into an axe gradually thumping at Fate's Shields Strange blasts Fate with a magical bolt that the Sorceror blocks Fate strikes his opponent with lightning Strange is damaged and catches his breath
Fate unleashes more lightning but Strange uses the wind to hammer Fate with attackes from all corners before hitting him with the Stone axe from behind lifting him up and tossing him into the ground The two lock magical blasts again before Fate used the full force of his telkenisis to knock Strange through the wall of the building
Crash!
Strange: You will not destroy this world while I am here
Fate: I Only want to save the world if I have to go through you to do it so be it!
Fate unleashes a huge bolt of energy Strange merely absorbes the attack and fires a huge beam of purple energy towards Fate who blocks and Fate begins to move the walls and ceiling of the building about in order to try and slow down Strange pieces of break off from the surroundings and fly towards Strange like daggers Strange is hit in the arm but the rest of the boards fly through him crashing behind him
Strange unleashes a concentrated blast of energy towards Fate who deflects the blast whilst Strange brings a bookcase towards Fate the books surrounding the Sorcorer and bombarding him Fate unleashes a huge gust of wind whilst Strange throws a torrent of Fire towards Fate the fire blast is directed towards Strange as the elements clash Strange briskly redirects the blast to his surroundings setting the room blaze Fate is hit with a combination of both elements his back being sorched whilst crashing through the building
Crack!
Fate: Your stronger than I imagined but I'm far from backing down
Fate ripples a blast of energy across the room sending Strange flying back over a railing and into a long corridor the wizard manages to stay standing firing numerous blasts of energy towards Fate who is hit by them but also blocks several attackes Fate keeps Strange on the defence with a telkentic blast and moves the floors and surroundings around everything moving in a blur Fate influencing the environment whilst Strange Sends blue ripples of Magic gliding around Fate in a circle spinning him around Fate and Strange launch several blasts at each absorbing and reflecting each others attacks Strange is forced onto his back foot and unleashes a purple beam of energy that Fate absorbs
Strange moves up a flight of stairs Fate follows Strange pulls out an orange beam swinging it around like a beam distoring reality Fate dodging the attack whilst Fate conjures up a Sword made of magical energy and replicating the blades turning them into yellow bolts of lightning that Strange catches and tosses to the side obliterating the beaM's and floorboards as thousands of molecules fly everywhere
Fate moves quickly attacking Strange with a machine gun of energy firing massive bullets that turn into axes maces daggers and billions of needles that fly towards Strange with the Sorceror fabricating time and reality the air around him being turned into shards of glass that the needles pass through
Strange: It is time to end this folly
Fate: It will end in your defeat Nabu's power shall restrain you
Fate replicates himself Eight times these clones start blasting at Strange who teleports around the room managing to put up a defence countering where he could The blasts begin to overwhelm Strange but suddenly he opens a portal in which billions of needles fly out that annihilate the clones turning the magical beings into tiny pieces of atoms Fate shoots magical blasts at Strange before the two lock in a beam struggle
Strange: We are mere magicians in a world with powerful Being's stop this now
Fate: I will stop once those artifacts are in my hands
Strange: Never
Fate: Fine
Fate moves to strike Strange with a magical sword but is blasted back they move up the stairs and through an upper landing trading Attacks before Fate teleports around the room trying to throw the various objects around the room at Strange and with a gust of wind knocks him against a wall damaging his side
Crash !
Fate: Yield
Strange: Not while I still have some tricks up my sleeve
Strange stands pressed against the wall whilst Fate strikes him with Lightning Strange reflects it back damaging the room Fate sends images of thousands of Rhinos charging towards Strange
Thud ! Thud! Thud!
The noises rippled in his ears Strange grabbed the Eye of Agamotto banishing the illusions and attempting the read the Sorcorer's mind however while Fate did struggle he would not submit as he tried to look through Fate's mind he felt himself being pushed out as the assault was redirected on him terror gripped him as though his mental barriers were strong they couldn't withstand an attack.. not like this .. For long
Strange withstood his assault before he heard the voice of Baron Mordo ringing in his head
Mordo: Strange you fool give in .. would so much more easy to
Strange buckled releasing one his memories to Fate Mordo laughed but he began to hear the voice of The Ancient One his friend and love interest Clea and Spider-Man
The Ancient One: You've come so far Strange keep going you can fight it
Spider-Man: You got this Strange!
Clea: Strange darling you can beat this together we can beat this!
With these encouraging words Strange forced Fate out of his mind releasing a huge blast of wind that sent books glass and objects flying everywhere Strange brought a chandelier on Fate's head
Crash!
The glass shards broke into a thousand pieces bouncing off Fate's helmet as time slowed down Fate's heartbeat could be heard whilst the glass stabbed into Fate's shoulders and caused him to nearly collapse
Strange: Enough of this
Strange created an orange beam and threw the whip like object at Fate the edge of it being caught in Fate's hand the edge of the beam sizzling and crackling Fate stood unphased grabbing the beam which was linked to Strange's hands thus picking Strange and tossing him against a bookcase
Crash!
Crack!
Fate would toss Strange against another bookcase before throwing him to the ground Strange managed to stand ignoring the pains in his head side and elbows he had to keep going
Fate: You will be brought to justice now end this without more bloodshed
Fate: From reading your mind I know The artifacts are in that room I assure they will be used for good purposes
Strange: 'breathing heavily' I will defend them till I die
Fate uses telkensis Strange counters Fate then throws a ankh shaped blot and Strange throws his own bolt to counter the force of the two bolts flies towards Fate who deflects it back at Strange the blast explodes mid-air Fate activates his shield but Strange is sent flying back through a door smashing it
Crash!
Strange gets up and sees the Wand of Watoomb grasping it Fate fires many magical bolts at Strange who absorbs them with the wand of Watoomb firing a blue laser at Fate who absorbs it Fate releases magical energy trying overwhelm Strange who leaps up in the air absorbing all the magical energy uttering five words
Strange: You face Earth's true Sorceror!
Strange brings the Wand of over his head releasing a massive purple blast that hits Fate obliterating the house as doors are ripped off their hinges windows smashed and wood disentragrated purple energy is released everywhere
Boom!
The two beings stand up Fate's injured with blood coming from his shoulders ribs and thighs whilst Strange struggles to stand with several broken bones
The two come at each other Strange trying to hit Fate with lightning bolts whilst Fate bombards Strange with Fire who deflects it away Strange tries to Hypnotise Fate but he shrugs it off sending Strange off balance with a telkentic blast who recovers quickly firing blue energy at Fate
Fate: I admire your skill but one of us will have to surrender sooner or later
Strange: Then it will be you!
Strange's energy hits Fate who shrugs it off with minor difficulty Fate fires magical blasts at Strange who then opens a portal teleporting the two to another location
The Himalayas
The two appeared in the Himalayas teleporting to two opposite mountain ranges Strange controlled the powers of Lightining air and ice whilst Fate struck back with the powers of water fire and the earth in this clash of the Titans it was uncertain which combatant would claim victory
The Elements clashed as the Lightning furiously struck at the Rock and the Earth as the ground moved like a mole the ground moved upward splitting the mountain that Strange had been standing on into thousands of pieces Strange jumped into the air the Cloak of Levitation enabling him to float
Strange: Witness The power of Magic
Strange unleashes a powerful illusion of Galactus flying towards Fate surprised by this stumbles back and dimmises the illusion Fate then picks up Mount Everest with his telkensis and throws the mountain at his opponent who stops it mid-air with his own telkensis and reduces it into thousands of atoms
Fate obliterates the rest of the mountains turning them into atoms moving them around in a ribbon like fashion and warps them around Strange's form trapping most of body at the top of one giant mountain
Fate: I'm going to take you in and you will face justice
Strange: Not while I'm still standing
From behind the mountain water appears in the horizon from all angles hurtling towards Fate who tries to stop it with wind but fails being hit with all The full force of the Water washing and hurling Fate around in an amount of water equal to that of the Pacific Ocean yellow light poured from out of the mountain before it was destroyed in a flash of light releasing Strange who lifted the ball of water into the air before finally letting it drop to the ground
Splash!
Fate swims out of the water coughing up blood and water but stands up some of his wounds healing both combatants stood up looking quite tierd
Fate: Your magic is very strong but I'm not finished yet
Fate is about to blast Strange but Strange opens another portal and they are transported again
In a buzzling Metroplois
They arrive outside a huge city Strange Fires magical blasts at Fate who absorbs them Fate Begins to move the cities structure around the skyscrapers being moved and controled moving inward and Strange bringing a building onto Fate who reduces it to atoms the two control the cities movements making it Spin round the two magician continually hurl buildings and Skyscrapers at one another whilst objects phase through them
Strange uses the bonds of Cyttorak spell binding Fate's arms together and throwing a massive building towards him
Time slows down as heartbeats can be heard
Thump-Thump Thump-Thump
Fate looks at the building which is reduced into atoms by Fate's gaze surprised Strange throws more buildings at Fate who slows down time throwing the buildings into Strange hitting him Fate breaks the bonds and moves the buildings back into their orginal places and restores time to normal
Fate: Time to get a bit more help over here
Fate duplicates himself millions of times
Strange: Not today!
Strange activates his shield blocking the beams from the Fate clones however he begins to buckle releasing his energy inward and releasing it all in a massive red blast that obliterates the Fate Clones the city is levelled as blots of purple energy hit Fate who is forced back however he manages to grab an electric wire challenging the electricity into himself before being flung back
Fate looks at Strange who catches his breathe and slows down time restoring the city to normal and casting the Seven Rings of Raggadorr spell creating seven magical barriers to block Fate's Attacks
Strange: Your destruction ends here
Fate: Your untamed magic will be stopped now
Fate charges up a massive blast to destroy the Shields but making sure that the city will not be harmed the blast is launched and The barriers are destroyed Fate increases his size to that of skyscraper and creates a massive blast hurling it towards Strange who launches a blast of his own the two lock blasts but Strange is overwhelmed and casts a shield to defend himself as the blast hurtles towards him
In Outer Space
KA-BOOM!
The Blast explodes the explosion can be seen from space the Earth then is split in two and explodes as two figures can be seen flying out from the rubble
Strange: You monster I will defeat you now
Fate: I will ensure Everything will be restored to normal after we have ended this
Strange: You won't win!
Fate: This will end now!
The Two shoot magical beams at one another whilst travelling through galaxies Strange leaves his body on an asteroid and Astrally projects himself lunging at Fate The two charge at each other magical beams colliding Strange knocks Fate through a moon obliterating whilst Fate throws numerous uninhabited planets at Strange who charges through them destroying them
Strange shoots Fate with a magical beam throwing him into a planet Fate dazed by the Attack tries to find Strange using the Orb of Nabu but is suddenly hit full force by Strange's beams
Fate is rocketed through Space before Strange grabs him and prepares to launch him away into a nearby Planet
Strange: Now for you to pay for the destruction of the Earth Goodbye
Fate: Noo!
Fate goes flying into the planet helmet first
Crash!
Boom!
The Planet Explodes the Helmet of Fate is launched and Strange's astral form returns to his normal body
Strange: You were very powerful but no match for me... wait .. What is this?
The Helmet of Fate begins to glow as the Yellow Cloak Of Destiny reunites with it yellow light is released as a voice rings out
Nabu: You Doctor Strange have destroyed my host but I will now face
Strange: I will bring this to an end
Strange flies around trying to blast Nabu who easily absorbs the Attacks and blocks them Nabu releases powerful bolts of energy at Strange who manages to block them barely with his shield Strange throws rubble at Nabu who is hit by one of rocks but shrugs it off and reflects them back at Strange who is hit by them
Strange charges a massive amount of magical bolts and hurls them towards Nabu who manages to block the Attacks and then hits Strange with a magical beam
Nabu: Good will not be defeated
Strange: Your out off control I must stop you now.. Urggh
Nabu increases his size to that of the Universe and charges up a massive blast Strange does the same and the two blasts collide
The Force of the two blasts destroy planets as the Galaxy begins to shake the two seem evenly matched until ....
...
Suddenly...
...
KA-BOOM!
The Blast explodes destroying the Galaxy with a massive release of yellow and purple energy
???: At least the Universe can be safe now it must be restored into balance
Out of the impact zone one figure stands up it was Nabu
Nabu: Time to undo all the damage that has been done to the World
Nabu restores the Universe to normal restoring Earth and all the Planets that were destroyed
Nabu takes The Floating Cloak of Levitation as a sign of respect
Nabu: You fought well Doctor Strange your deeds to the world will never be forgotten
K.O!
Results
Boomstick: That was one cool magic fight show it again!
Wiz: This fight was quite close as the two have gone up against some pretty powerful opponents and have many of the same abilities However, Fate takes this for many reasons
Boomstick: While Strange can release spells quite quickly he needs to speak and use his hands in order to do so whilst Fate can just use his imagination this meant Strange would be more in the defensive rather than the offensive
Wiz: Fate also has taken on the Spectre as Nabu and stalemated him Strange has taken on opponents like Dormammu and Shuma Gorath but has relied on calling the help of powerful entities like Entirety in order to beat them
Boomstick: When it comes to using telkensis Fate comes out ahead he can move and planets whilst Strange has never done such a thing Fate
Wiz: When it comes to Psychic ability Strange cannot break through Fate's mental blocks he has been able to resist similar attacks from beings of a higher capability than Strange
Boomstick: But Wiz Strange should be able to break through Fate's barriers with the Eye of Agamotto right?
Wiz: While the Eye Can enhance his magical and Psychic ability It likely still wouldn't be enough to overwhelm Fate even with the eye Strange struggled to break the Ancient One's mind even if he did somehow break through he wouldn't be able to possess Fate as Nabu would be there to prevent this
Boomstick: Fate's own abilities probably wouldn't be able to overwhelm Strange's mind but he would be likely to retrieve whatever he needs once Strange is forced to drop his defences Fate also has the edge in defence he was able to withstand Attacks from Aquarius for an entire week who at the time was extremely powerful far stronger than any attacks Strange can withstand
Wiz: Fate has abilities like Energy Construct Creation and Soul Attacks that Strange Doesn't have which can give him in an edge Fate's magic is arguably the more effective he was able to harm Pre-Cre Superman who could survive powerful explosions with just a tiny bit of magic while Strange's Bands were broken by the Hulk
Boomstick: Whlie Strange has fought in the war of the Ten Spheres for a Hundred Thousand years Fate retains all of Nabu's Billions of years of knowledge Nabu has existed since the Big Bang coupled with Kent's years of fighting evil makes Fate's experience far greater than Strange's
Wiz: Whilst Strange had the more effective magical arsenal such as the Wand of Watoomb and Orb of Agamotto Fate can use defend against these weapons and use Nabu's experience to overcome any challenges he may face
Boomstick: When it comes to who would be able to last longer in a magical battle Fate takes the advantage since the two have very similar abilities they would need a lot of energy in order to keep matching each other Thanks to Fate's ability to pull a Goku and use the spiritual Energy of others and electricity he can recharge his magic in order to keep fighting
Wiz: Strange normally would be counter this by calling upon Eternity or another powerful beings energy but in a battle where they would only be able to use their own basic abilities against each other merging and calling on other beings counts as outside help which isn't allowed
Boomstick: Even if both were to somehow run out of magical energy and be forced to fight physically Fate would still win his enhanced Physicality would outclass Strange's martieux arts peak human ability
Wiz: Whilst Strange was trained by his attendant Wong in martieux arts Fate has had boxing training from Batman and is pretty handy when comes to fighting Strange and allow him to beat him
Boomstick: Strange astral form proved useful against Fate as it could bypass any physical barriers and Allow him to get past a weary Fate's defence and destroy Kent
Wiz: However Strange would then have to face up against Nabu His knowledge experience and magical skill would be too much for an exhausted Strange to handle which would lead to his defeat
Boomstick: What if Strange managed to remove the helmet from Kent earlier on in the fight he could easily Destroy Fate
Wiz: While Strange could likely discover this weakness Fate knows of this weakness and could prevent this from occurring using his own Telkenisis even if this did happen Nabu could appear and the battle would still end in Strange's defeat
Boomstick: It was rather Strange that this Magician was Fated to lose!
Wiz: The Winner is Doctor Fate
