Link is the Hyrulian hero from the video game series, The Legend of Zelda. He previously fought Cloud Strife in the 22nd episode of DEATH BATTLE!, Link VS Cloud (2012), as well as the rematch in the 147th episode, Link VS Cloud (2021). He also fought Cloud Strife and Sora in episodes of One Minute Melee, and Meta Knight and Trunks in episodes of DBX.

Remote Bomb

  • Won't explode until Link detonates it himself
  • Has no set amount, Link will have a bomb so long as he lets his Bomb Rune recharge
  • Comes in the form of spherical bombs and cube bombs

Stasis Rune

  • Allows for Link to freeze enemies and objects in time
  • Anything hit during the Stasis period will gather up momentum, before the Stasis runs out

Magnesis Rune

  • Allows for Link to control and manipulate metallic objects, moving them around at will

Cryonis Rune

  • Can create ice pillars out of surfaces of water
  • Pillars can be climbed upon
  • Only three ice pillars can be made at a time
  • Link can destroy each pillar at will

Daruk's Protection

  • Summons a barrier around Link that can block any attack
  • Will shatter after withstanding three hits
  • After being used up, it will recharge

Revali's Gale

  • Allows for Link to soar into the sky, far higher than he could ever reach before
  • Will become unable to use after three uses
  • After being used up, it will recharge

Mipha's Grace

  • Brings Link back to life after he falls in battle
  • Only has one usage before it becomes unusable
  • After being used up, it will recharge

Urbosa's Fury

  • Summons a wave of electricity that strikes at enemies after Link performs a Spin Attack
  • Will become unable to use after three uses
  • After being used up, it will recharge

Feats[]

  • Destroyed each Blight Ganon, along with Calamity Ganon himself, mostly on his own
  • Trained hard to become an esteemed Royal Knight, much like his father
  • Relearned his sword techniques instantly, despite suffering amnesia
  • Could defeat hoards of enemies on his own
  • Is recorded to have defeated a Guardian using only a Pot Lid as defense

Faults[]

  • Somewhat over-reliant on his Runes and abilities, which have limited uses
  • Nearly all of his equipment can break
  • Does not wield the Triforce of Courage, as most other Links do

  • In the first and second Legend of Zelda games as both of them involve the same incarnation of Link, he actually has saved not only one but two different Princess Zelda, the first one in The Legend of Zelda while she broke The Triforce of Wisdom in eight different pieces while the other Princess Zelda he saved six years later who was under a curse that put her to sleep as seen in Zelda II: The Adventures of Link.
