Pacific Rim Kaiju Battle Royale is a What-If? episode of Death Battle.

Knifehead vs Leatherback vs Raiju vs Scunner vs Trespasser vs Onibaba vs Mutavore vs Hundun vs Karloff vs Hardship vs Otachi vs Slattern! Which Kaiju will come out on top?

Wiz: In a previous Death Battle, we pitted two Kaiju; Godzilla, the King of the Monsters, and Gamera, the Guardian of the Universe, against each other in an epic battle, and Godzilla came out on top.

Boomstick: But it's time for another Kaiju fight.

Wiz: Indeed. We are pitting the Kaiju against each other in a Battle Royale.

Boomstick: This has just gotta be an epic battle!

Wiz: I'm Wizard and he's Boomstick, and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who will win a Death Battle.

Wiz: Knifehead is a Category III Kaiju, whose breach date was in February 29, 2020.

Boomstick: That's late.

Wiz: Knifehead has a blade on its head, hence the name, has two sets of arms, jaws lined with jagged incisors, and medium toxicity.

Boomstick: Knifehead has accomplished crazy things, like faking its death, heavily damaging Gipsy Danger, and killing pilot Yancy Becket.

Wiz: Despite these achievements, Knifehead has his limits. His throat and the base of his neck are his weak points.

Boomstick: In a high category or not, don't underestimate this guy, no matter how ridiculous his name is.

Wiz: Leatherback is a Category IV Kaiju whose breach date was in January 8, 2025.

Boomstick: Isn't that an appropriate name?

Wiz: Leatherback has electromagnetic emission and armor plated skin.

Boomstick: His only weaknesses are low toxicity and his spinal cavity.

Wiz: But Leatherback managed to destroy Cherno Alpha alongside Otachi.

Boomstick: We should totally pit this guy against Knifehead.

Wiz: We are, Boomstick. Soon.

Wiz: Raiju is one of the protectors of the breach, alongside Scunner and Slattern. His breach date was in January 12th, 2025.

Boomstick: Why not rampage, like all the other Kaiju?

Wiz: He can extend his head and has increased dexterity and agility.

Boomstick: His name is cool, but don't you dare make fun of it.

Wiz: Scunner is one of the protectors of the breach alongside Raiju and Slattern.

Boomstick: We should pit those guys against King Ghidorah, Baragon, and Mothra.

Wiz: Scunner's only weapon is his protrusions which he can use to batter and ram opponents.

Boomstick: His only weaknesses are low toxicity and an oblique region. Kind of name is Scunner anyway?

Wiz: Trespasser was the first Kaiju to attack, in August 10, 2013.

Boomstick: That's early.

Wiz: Over the course of six days, Trespasser destroyed three cities in a thirty-five mile long path of destruction, before it was finally killed by the United States military and British Royal Air Force.

Boomstick: What Category is this Kaiju? This Kaiju is weak!

Wiz: It's category is unknown--

Boomstick: Aw, that's bullshit!

Wiz: --but he could use his axe-like head as a weapon and can emit a orange, bioluminous glow from inside its mouth.

Boomstick: Don't underestimate this guy, or he will trespass your city and chop it to pieces. Literally.

Wiz: Mutavore is a Category IV Kaiju whose breach date was in January 1st, 2025.

Boomstick: No wonder everyone hates January.

Wiz: A day after the Australian Jaeger, Striker Eureka, was decommissioned from active service, Mutavore emerged from the breach and headed towards Sydney. Mutavore managed to break through the city's Anti-Kaiju Wall within hour upon reaching it. It entered the city and began its attack.

Boomstick: Striker Eureka was immediately deployed against it, and Striker Eureka killed Mutavore with its WMB2x90 Anti-Kaiju Missiles. (Say that three times fast.)

Wiz: Mutavore's axe-like head could be used as a weapon, and he can use his tails as scissors.

Boomstick: Wiz, should we pit Mutavore against Zilla someday? Because they were both killed by missiles.

Wiz: We might someday, Boomstick.

Wiz: Hundun was the second Kaiju to attack humanity, in February 5th, 2014.

Boomstick: Sad New Year, everybody.

Wiz: Six months after Trespasser attacked San Francisco, Hundun emerged from the breach. He made landfall in the Philippines; specifically at Taal, in the Batangas province, at night during a tropical storm. It crossed Taal lake, then crossed Laguna de Bay, approached Metropolitan Manila and attacked Manila itself.

Boomstick: By the time officials knew what is happening, Hundun was rampaging through the city, causing widespread death and destruction and terrorizing the inhabitants, before finally being killed by a tactical nuclear strike.

Wiz: His weaponry is unknown--

Boomstick: Oh, COME ON, we're doing a Battle Royale with giant monsters, and we're analyzing weaklings?

Wiz: Hundun is still a force to be reckoned with.

Boomstick: Yeah, right.

Wiz: Hardship attacked during the earlier years of the Kaiju War. Romeo Blue was deployed in an undisclosed location where it made landfall sometime during the fight. The Mark-1 Jaeger fought and killed Hardship.

Boomstick: Hardship possesses a huge knife-like protrusion on his head similar to Mutavore. Not much is known about this guy, but we do know one thing: It's a badass!

Wiz: Otachi is a Category IV Kaiju whose breach date was in January 8th, 2025.

Boomstick: How many times are we gonna mention the year 2025? I'm getting sick of it.

Wiz: Otachi can fly, has a secondary lifeforce,an acid sack--

Boomstick: Just like Riptor!

Wiz: And can use her tail to rip a Jaeger apart. In fact, Otachi means "big sword" in Japanese.

Boomstick: How appropriate, because she is gonna shove a big sword up ass in this battle!

Wiz: Slattern is a Category V Kaiju whose breach date was in January 12, 2025.

Boomstick: Thank God we had to wait that long.

Wiz: Standing at 181.6 meters tall, Slattern is the largest Kaiju ever encountered by humanity.

Boomstick: HOLY SHIT! Bagan just found himself a rival!

Wiz: But you would never believe this: Slattern is named after dirty, untidy women from the seventeenth century.

Boomstick: (Laughs) Seriously? I bet they were in tears themselves!

Wiz: Slattern has a trio of triple crowned tails and is highly resilient, and has leathery reptilian scaling.

Boomstick: I wanna feel that!

Wiz: His toxicity is also high.

Boomstick: I wanna feel it, but I don't wanna pierce it.

Wiz: His weaknesses are unknown, but he couldn't survive a stab to the chest.

Boomstick: Slattern may have what it takes to win this Death Battle.
