History

Kl'rt was originally a normal Skrull until his homeworld of Tarnax IV was devoured by Galactus after he was driven from the Earth. The Skrulls blamed Earth and the Fantastic Four for this tragedy, with Skrull emperor Dorrek VII having Kl'rt undergo genetic manipulation to become a super-powered being with the combined abilities of the Fantastic Four. With his powers, Super-Skrull became a nemesis to the Fantastic Four.

The experiments also gave him the ability to hypnotize a person into serving him.
